Steps to reproduce

Flutter project
Using Workflow editor.

I have this lines in AndroidManifest.xml

    <uses-permission android:name="android.permission.SCHEDULE_EXACT_ALARM" />
    <uses-permission android:name="android.permission.USE_EXACT_ALARM" />

results in build upload failure
