Installing Autoware Universe on Jetson Xavier NX failed, CUDA version too low

Hi all,

We have been trying to install autoware universe on the Jetson Xavier NX platform (Jetpack 4.6, UBUNTU 18, CUDA 10.2), and when we run
docker run -it --runtime nvidia -e DISPLAY=$DISPLAY --volume $HME/autoware -- ghcr.io/autowarefoundation/autoware-universe:latest-prebuilt
we got an error message saying CUDA>=11.4 required. We tried to force upgrade to CUDA 11.6 and run the same command, we got unknown error probably because CUDA 11.6 is not supported on this platform.

Is there a way to by pass that CUDA>=11.4 requirement and install autoware universe on Xavier NX running CUDA 10.2?

Never mind. Switched to Jetpack 5.0 and installed with no issues.

FYI: We're planning to update the CUDA version to 11.6, but it seems network installation for TensorRT isn't released yet. https://github.com/autowarefoundation/autoware_core_universe_prototype/issues/137

The new version set will be tested in autowarefoundation/autoware_core_universe_prototype#248 or another PR.
