New contributors joining from AutoCore

From 4th Apr 2022, 7 developpers from AutoCore has begun to work on Autoware.Core/Universe project as full time contributors.

Our Focuses

1.Autoware.Core/Universe design and development with real vehicle deployment and test.
There will be a vehicle that running up-to-date Autoware code for testing in test field from our side. For any issues we find in vehicle test, issues and PRs will be created to get things working properly. Despite our own test plan, any vehicle test request is welcome, and we will share our test data or record to the foundation. We would also gradually port our own launch settings, packages to Universe project.
Meanwhile, we are willing to improve CI/CD pipeline for core/universe with auto test, and also contribute/involve in the new designs and new features.
2.Impementation of Bus ODD.
The design, documentation, implementation, verification and validation will be our target in the Bus ODD development.

Despite regular issues and PRs, we are very happy to help review the PRs and answer questions in the community, as we are very familiar with Autoware since Autoware.ai.
