DDA quantification - peptide ions | going deeper: plotting more things?

We had the discussion during one of our meetings: it should be possible to get more information than just one summary plot.
The issue is that the module GUI might become over complicated if we provide more plot options, so for the moment, what we think is:

• we keep one main plot in the module (with a few more, that are not flexible, and are plotted with only the latest uploaded benchmark run).
• we should provide a jupyter notebook that would access all benchmark runs (as well as the locally uploaded runs). With this notebook, users should be able to easily plot more features and go deeper in the comparison of the runs
