Issues score not added

I have made an issue in one of the repository and the mentor assigned me an issue with label level2 gssoc-extd but there is no increase in my score. I have a doubt that will issues will not be added to score or is there any mistake . Please consider my request to help me regarding this.

Only opening a issue and having a label to it will not give you points
You have to complete the issue by opening a pull request .
Pull requests will be considered that are merged with proper labeling
Your points will be added if the pr has a proper labeling .

I have seen your pr's try to concentrate more on solving the issue put more efforts into it ,
Also mention your issue no in the pr .
Follow proper guidelines then you will get more points in future .

@JyothiPriya5 opening the issue only will not increase your point
you have to fix that issue by modifying the code or making the necessary changes and then push that changes to the forked repository and then create the pull request with proper title and description with attached images or video of the changes and also mention the issue id.
And when your pull request is accepted and then the project admin will assign the appropriate level and tag .
Then your points will increased

@JyothiPriya5 It would be really helpful for the GSSoC core team if you provided the PR link that is related to this problem. Also going by your message solely, I notice that you mentioned a wrong label : gssoc-extd
This might be a possible reason for your points not being allocated.
For your convenience, let me provide a brief summary as to how you should contribute:

1. Open a Issue
2. Wait for it to be assigned to you
3. Work on resolving the issue
4. Open a PR (Link your Issue)
   

NOTE: Do provide your issue in your PR for the Project Admins to access easily and for better tracking of your PRs and points.

5. Check if you are assigned to the PR you have opened
6. Also check if you are assigned the Proper labels:

• level1/level2/level3
• gssoc-ext
• hacktoberfest-accepted(if applicable)

Hope I have helped you out even if a bit and that you keep these points in your mind and keep contributing!

i have submitted a PR. and the PR got merged too! It is not show on my leaderboard!
But the PA did not added labels to the PR!
But the added label to the issue of the PR!

@smog-root Added a comment to PA to add the labels, PA is adding labels to rest of the PRs correctly but forgot to add on your pr. so dont worry he will add labels soon and as @AKSHITHA-CHILUKA mention it will reflect on leaderboard after that !
