Should we remove the ability to create legacy wallets in v8.22.0?

Is there a good reason why we shouldn’t just remove the ability to create legacy wallets in v8.22? Are there situations where people would need to create legacy wallets?

Obviously, we still need to be able to open an existing legacy wallet, but maybe it is a good idea to simply remove the ability to create legacy wallets entirely in v8.22? If people really needed a legacy wallet they could install 7.17.3 and create one, but 8.22 we could remove that ability.

Am I missing something? Are there situations where user's might need to be able to create a leagacy wallet?

(Aside: I understand that there are fixes that need to be made to make legacy wallets work correctly in 8.22, so it does not crash and does not freeze at startup, which seems like another reason to prevent people from nbeing able to create them in future.)
