Regulation of transfers of Maharashtra Government employees B. Prevention of Delays in discharge of Government Duties Act, 2005
Government Orders: -
As per Section 4 (4) (1) of the Maharashtra Prevention of Delay in discharge of Government Duties Act, 2005, and at the request of the District Water Conservation Officer (Construction) Group-A cadre officer mentioned in the following statement, posts are being provided by special transfers in the place indicated in their name for administrative reasons with the approval of the competent authorities: -

2. Additional Commissioner, Water Conservation, Pune to replace Mr. Ajgekar at his place of posting.
In order to do so, local arrangements should be made to relieve Mr. Ajgekar immediately.
Proposals should not be submitted to the government.
3. Shri Ajgekar immediately assumed charge of his new post and conveyed the same to the Government.

4. As per the order of the said posting, Mr. Ajgekar at the place of posting granted to him.
If they fail to appear or if they try to change the position under any kind of pressure
Since the act violates Rule 23 of the Maharashtra Civil Services (Habitat) Rules, 1979.
They should note that disciplinary action will be taken against them considering it misconduct.
5. Mr. Ajgekar shall not be entitled to transfer allowance / travel allowance and tenure of office.
