The send flow could be:

Show initial page where user can enter
- Amount
- Address
- Select fee rate (fast, medium, slow)
Show review page where the user can review the details before sending. The details could include:
- Amount
- Address
- Total fee amount
Show confirmation page where we tell the user their transaction ID after having broadcasted it
