Openwisp VM is not running on port 443 #14

I setup vagrant to run Openwisp VM from the vagrant-openwisp2 repo

but when I try accessing https://192.168.56.5/admin the server is not running.
I tried running
vagrant ssh
And
netstat -tulpn

There is nothing running on port 80 or 443

Ansible 2.11.12
Vagrant 2.4.1

The host machine is running debian 10
