Add expandable menu on draft reports #86

Draft reports have a huge number of reports. To make it easy for the user, add expandable menu on each category header.
User can expand the reports they want to view. If they do not tap on the expandable menu, the reports remain open. This way user is able to view all reports in one long list if they so choose.
