Coverage reports are generated based on annual numbers of children vaccinated based on the target population:: i) children under 1 and, ii) children 1-2years. The target population number is sent from the National level and cascaded downwards to the health facility. The health facility worker will therefore have to key in the target population numbers for a specific year to complete the coverage reports (see workflow diagram here and related immunization data dictionary here, and the reporting dictionary here)
Once the HW opens the coverage reports, they will be:

  • Prompted to select the year of the report they want to view, based on the reports available. Example: 2020
  • If it is the first time the HW is viewing this report, they will be prompted to enter the annual target population for that facility.
Upon entering the target population, the HW will be redirected to the reports page and they will be able to view the specified coverage report.
  • If the HW does not input the target population, the coverage rates will not be viewable and the HW will not be able to continue.
  • If the target population has changed, the HW should have the option to edit this number.
  • If this is not the first time the HW is viewing this report, they will not be prompted to input the target population but will go directly to the report.
  • If the year they selected is still in progress, the figures will show that it is an ongoing report but if the year is already completed, the report will show the year (without the ‘in progress’ note).

  • Required: A mock-up to show how the coverage reports will work.

@AnnieMungai Thank you. I guess I was looking at the wrong doc.

@AnnieMungai Here you go. I don't know why some of the vaccines were grouped but assumed that was on purpose so left them that way. Ideally we don't add the groups by age so it can use the same styling.

@rowo looks great. Tunisia vaccines are grouped that way.
