Tasks not syncing to server & tasks being generated from synced events #37

Generated tasks have task.server_version = 0 and task.sync_status = NULL where it's expected to be SyncStatus.TYPE_CREATED
Tasks are being generated from synced events

This seems to have been fixed on this PR on client core https://github.com/OpenSRP/opensrp-client-core/pull/697/files. However, it needs to be tested if it fixes the issue

Dependent on #71 (Updating our client core dependency)
