• 1 user's app crashed when trying to immunize a child from the report (debug).
  If a new child, this means that this child has not been registered. If a child is being added immediately. Forms are crashing the first time for new installations.
  Pauline to confirm with Benn on this.
• On the reports page, when someone goes back from the report and does not enter any date or village, it picks the last village and date that was entered. Comment ''having today's date as default is misleading as it does not generate the report with today's date when you go back'' - we can fix this - 1 day.
• Reports need to be accessible on the device --the user should have an option to save to the device or access the reports on the device. Currently, different devices are accessing differently. Define the path - to be in the downloads folder.
• Record the reason for missing outreaches -where does it show? ---this is a design issue.
