Closing a form from the child's profile edit menu brings a white/black screen

• When closing the follow-up form on the child profile and trying to navigate back without entering any details, the screen is becoming white or black then gets to the child profile. This should not be the case. User should be redirected to the child profile without the screen first turning to white or black.
  How to replicate: Navigate to any child's profile. On the top right-hand corner, open the edit menu. Navigate to the Reason for defaulting form. do not fill any details. Tap back to navigate back to the child's profile. Observer what happens before you land on the child profile.

Note! This issue is happening with all edit forms when you do not fill in any details.
