  1. Under the physical exam container, select cervical exam
  2. Click on done radio button, enter an amount higher than 2 cm
  3. Go back to the main form. An alert is displayed showing "Cervix is more than 2cm dilated"
  4. Click on Not done. The alert still remains with the same notification which is misleading to the user
