No way to delete a draft file from the Draft Files page on ANC web

Once you upload a draft file to the Draft Files page on ANC web, there is no way to remove the file. You have to include it in the release. Users might need to delete the file in case they made a mistake, or in my case, I was unable to upload the corresponding json file, so I want to delete the properties file, so I can upload other files for other containers.

@githengi Is this something @rehammuzzamil could pick up?

• Add an endpoint to delete the draft files on the server.
• This should just delete the latest updated file any other versions of the file updated before should be left intact.

@cafootitt @dubdabasoduba Could you please point out to me the page where the draft files are uploaded?
Also, I will be needing the URL and creds to login.
This is required to figure out the current API used for uploading the draft files and to better understand the business.
