[Feature Request] Separate Performance Benchmarks into different categories

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe

Today on https://opensearch.org/benchmarks/ the perf benchmarks are dumped into a big list. As the number of benchmarks we are running increases this list will grow and become harder to use.

Describe the solution you'd like to see

We should have drop-down menus or some other sort of organization to group the performance benchmarking dashboards. For example all 6 Vector Search dashboards can be grouped into the same menu.
