[FEATURE] Zoom and Fit-view controls on Pipeline Preview panel #494

Is your feature request related to a problem?
On the pipeline preview panel, users should be able to

Zoom in or out of the view. Currently the only way to zoom is by scrolling.
Be able to quickly adjust the content to fit the size of the view. For example, if users adjust the window or Preview panel, they can quick adjust the content to automatically fill the Preview panel

What solution would you like?
We can introduce three buttons on the bottom right of the Preview panel:

Zoom in
Zoom out
Fit view
