Independent Coding - INTERCODER-Reliabilty - Parallel Coding

In classic ed research projects you often have a setting of 2 or 3 people coding the same document with the same CODEBOOK independently and then test their overlap (intercoder reliability - for a good discussion see O'Connor & Jeffe 2020.
I think we need this. It would mean, that you have MULTIPLE PERSONS CODING the same text/artifact WITHOUT seeing the codes of the others in a first run (so this is quite the opposite of our collaborative approach taken in OpenQDA). Later you should be able to switch to a COMPARISON/ANALYSIS view (in the Analysis tab?), to show overlaps and differences and so on. This is a rather complex topic and after reading O'Connor & Jeffe I would like to collect more community feedback. How do YOU wish to handle INTERCODER-Reliability and Independent Parallel Coding?
