I created this PR to fix the failing GitHub Actions.## Description
This PR addresses the issue of the GitHub Actions workflow failing due to bad credentials. The workflow in question is the one that locks threads, which was failing because the GitHub token it was using was invalid or had insufficient permissions.
The solution involved updating the GitHub token used in the workflow. This token is stored as a secret in the GitHub repository settings, and is referenced in the workflow file. The PR changes the secret used in the
.github/workflows/lock-issue.ymlfile to use a new secret that has the necessary permissions.Summary of Changes
