  I created this PR to fix the failing GitHub Actions.## Description
  This PR addresses the issue with the GitHub Actions run failing due to a 'Bad credentials' error with the dessant/lock-threads@v4 action. The issue was resolved by ensuring that a GitHub token with the necessary permissions is passed to the action.

Summary of Changes

• Added a step in the GitHub Actions workflow file (.github/workflows/main.yml) to set up a GitHub token and pass it to the dessant/lock-threads@v4 action.
• Checked the permissions of the GitHub token in the repository settings and ensured that it has the necessary permissions to run the action.
• Updated the version of the dessant/lock-threads@v4 action to the latest version.

These changes should resolve the 'Bad credentials' error and allow the GitHub Actions run to complete successfully.
