[Rom 15:12] restoration of Isaiah's quote heeding the Hebrew (fm [Isa 11:10])

Isaiah 11:10 says "In that day the Root of Jesse will stand as a banner for the peoples; the nations will rally to him, and his place of rest will be glorious."

Also 'Scion' is antiquated, though it captures both meanings of the Greek, descendant and offshoot, root, or sprig, still consider 'offshoot' as more understandable than 'Scion'.

So recommend:
"Again, Isaiah says — ‘There will be an Offshoot of the house of Jesse, One who is to arise to rule the nations; on him will the nations rest their hopes.’"
