As in #300 and #301 I recommend the translation choice for ἔθνος (ethnos G1484) reflect that of גוי (gowy H1471). Thus [Acts 13:47] reflects Isaiah's original quote and becomes:
"For this is the Lord’s command to us — ‘I have destined you for a light to the nations, A means of salvation to the ends of the earth’.
Other bible versions that have translated it this way include LITV, Darby, God's Word, and it makes sense given the surrounding argument as well as reflecting (and being consistent with) the OT scripture being cited.
