@ali-hugo During the last meeting of the coordination working group, we set as a goal to have a plan for each of the approved proposals from the summit. It's likely going to be tricky to get things done with Christmas, but what would be your plan & timeline beyond that?

@antoviaque I will be able to put together a plan and timeline for this proposal, as well as for #133, by the end of January without any issues.

  1. List the tools used the Community (1 week: Jan 13-Jan 19)

  2. Describe how tools are used (2 weeks: Jan 20-Feb 2)

  3. Research best practices (1 week: Feb 3-Feb 9)

  4. Enable and test Discourse Chat (timeline and assignee TBD)

  5. Evaluate Discourse wiki posts (1 week: Feb 10-16)

  6. Document findings (2 weeks: Feb 17-Mar 2)

  7. Gather Community feedback (2 weeks: Mar 3-Mar 16)

  8. Refine document (1 week: Mar 17-Mar 23)

  9. Share final document with the Community (1 day: Date Mar 24)

  10. Use findings to inform related proposal: Create a Shortlist of Communication Tools, Prioritizing Open Source Options
