Implement support for editing advanced blocks

Follow-up to #1513. As an author who has added an advanced block to my content libraries, whether through "Create New", import, or copy-paste, I can edit that block in the library.

Note: consider using the same mechanism currently used by the MFE unit page. But see if there is a better way to handle this.
