  • write access to event-tracking
  • membership in the hooks-extension-framework Github group

Reasoning

Per this thread, Cristhian is now a maintainer on the associated repos! https://discuss.openedx.org/t/rights-expansion-cristhian-garcia/12322

(I'll take this one since it mostly makes my life easier)
