Recently one of my pods errored out with 11-144-0018-00049, the same code as described on .https://forum.fudiabetes.org/t/omnipod-alarm-explanations/3022/11. However, this format does not fit the format TT-VVVHH-IIIRR-FFF. Has the format been updates? Is my code a special code? My code is 14 digits, not 15.
What does the code mean?

The 049 fault codes use a different format (TT-XXX-YYYY-FFFFF) as they represent a controller problem, not a pod problem. It turns out that these format errors are a fixed value of 11-144-0018-00049. If you are using a DIY closed loop app (Loop, FreeAPS, FreeAPSX, AAPS), you should report these types of faults to the respective support group. If you are using a PDM, you call Insulet. See the "Special 049 Fault Code Handling" section in https://github.com/openaps/openomni/wiki/PDM-Ref-Codes for more information.
