Paypal 可以绑国内的卡

如果担心扣费可以不绑定银行卡（不确定这样能否绑 Cloudflare）或者绑 Cloudflare 后在 Paypal 中移除银行卡

paypal绑完再移除还可能扣费，我直接绑了一个空的储蓄卡
