检查一下 Cloudflare 验证相关的环境变量是否正确，是否设置了有效时间（演示视频中设置了一天的有效期），如果无误且没有过期尝试重试部署

是不是因为已经创建rin存储库了. 所以不能再次创建

貌似是没有 D1 权限的问题，检查一下 API 令牌是否给了 D1 编辑权限？
