Problem

Throughout the rest of the first steps we have always included links to external documentation for the tools we use (such as Github and Markdown). For the sake of providing information about what the interns will be mainly using throughout their internship (and for the sake of consistency) I think we should also include a link for the Kotlin docs: https://kotlinlang.org/docs/home.html

Add a link for the Kotlin docs at the end of step 9 with a bit of text indicating:

• Potential future use for a developer.
• Further reading material for a new intern.
