Disable all tweaks and start w/o tweaks does not work

As the title says, if you disable all tweaks for an app or start it with 3D touch "start without tweaks" both will not work. No tweaks are disabled at all.

I'm on an iPhone 6s with iOS 10.2

What jailbreak are you using? I only tested on 10.3.4 / h3lix so far.

UnSub does not work.

I found out that for some apps Choicy's disable tweaks works (Calendar app for example) and for others not (for example FireTV Remote)

Before Choicy I used Dlib Manager which works just fine but the UI is not good.

I've tested some more and it looks like all stock Apple apps work and all 3rd party (Appstore & Cydia) won't.

Dylib manager? Where did you install that from?

Anyways, maybe try to enable whitelist for the app and don't select anything. Let me know if that works.
