Issue description

The endpoints /groups and /categories show private ontologies for non admin users for those ontologies

How can we reproduce this in /categories ? because in the categories i don't see any ontologies

We shall use https://data.agroportal.lirmm.fr/categories/?display=ontologies&display_context=false
To see the ontologies in the categories.
For some reason, the ontologies are not returned with display=all. This is an discrepancy that need to be addressed too.
