Update the FHIR version to be customizable #318

The current FHIR version used in the validator is R4. There is a need to support other FHIR versions when handling validation such as R4B and R5. One should be able to handle different case scenarios.

Cool, yea makes sense to make this configurable, R4B is the only version we'll need to support in the near (and probably medium) term, because that's the highest version the Android FHIR SDK works with.

@f-odhiambo do you know if there's any talk of a timeline for R5 support?

Mhh hmm

  1. R6 is being proposed to replace R4B with backward compatibility support
  2. I am not sure R5 will even be used as some of the proposals and breaking changes are being addressed in R6
    Will share more details on this on the main channel #opensrp
