[Feature Request] Keyboard shortcut for pause/unpause

When I'm playing video games, I don't want to ueli is opening.

Describe the solution you'd like
I want to have the possibility to bind some key combination to pause program and then unpause it.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Possibility to disable it in some processes, but I think it's too overengineered.

I think having a hotkey to enable/disable another hotkey doesn't make sense. But since v9.13.0 you can enable/disable the hotkey from different places. I think that should solve your problem.
