I see recent matches played from hours ago--is there a specific ID that is missing?

Was the privacy setting recently toggled? My best guess is that it was toggled off while these matches were played--we cannot currently go back and backfill the missing matches so the best option is to leave it on.

I don’t know, after reinstalling the game this checkbox just disappeared, now everything works. Is there any way I can add these matches to my statistics? I can give a link to my dotabuff (as an option), you can see there that these are my matches

Unfortunately due to a Steam API issue we do not have a good way of re-requesting single matches right now.

There are some potential workarounds we are exploring and can keep this issue open when we implement one of them.

The last time this happened, I added matches manually to the site, is there any way to do the same?

Since the API endpoint stopped working in June 2024 this is not currently possible unless we build a workaround.
