Drag to resize doesn't work for game capture sources #11722

Expected Behavior

After adding and selecting a Game Capture source, I should be able to resize it using the drag handles on the red border.

Current Behavior

Using the drag handles does nothing:

Steps to Reproduce

Add a Game Capture source
Select it
Fit it to the screen
Click and drag on any of the drag handles of the selection border
