Whenever user sent a mail to a new email id, two mails are being sent instead of one

Version: 2.0.32 (2.0.32)

Plugins: Built in Plugins, nothing extra
Operating system: macOS Sierra 10.12.6
Account configured: Outlook

Steps:
Send a mail to a new email id i.e. never saved as a contact or used before.
Check the sent folder

Actual Result:
Whenever user sent a mail to a new email id, two mails are being sent instead of one

Expected Result:
Only one mail should send
