More than just Sound FX

Since the addon has been renamed to Earcons and Speech rules I noticed that alternatively to sound effects it is finally possible to configure a few rules for the TTS. Long time ago I had used a similar function in JAWS. I prefer this since learning to many sounds is too challenging, though the bracket and brace sounds are a great examples.
I'm already excited about and happy with the available functions, my favourites:

• I can configure volume, rate or pitch for individual aspects.
• I can create second or third copies of my entry if I wish to change both rate and volume.
• • I can use the art of regular expressions (though it's really an art for freaks, I assume).

What I would use if it was possible is a list of some rather luxury ideas. Already in times of JAWS offering it I learned only few people use such rules and have such advanced needs.

• Presets with speech rules (e.g. quotes, brackets or certain formatting) to communicate that those options are available.
• Add multiple options to one rule (inestead of creating 2-3 copies with different settings, which might lead to inconsistencies when changing the expression.
• Possibility to add individual pauses (until it might become part of NVDA's own voice settings)
• Possibility to use other voices (especially in Espeak where the voice color is separated from the language).
• Panning of the voice or other effects (if possible at all).
• More detail on how to cleverly work with different speech (not sound fx) rules for simultaneous formatting such as bold+underline, small/superscript/strikethrough. It would help tro understand how the plugin can work and what is not possible.
• Rules for combined formatting like bold+underline.

I could also create tickets for some suggestions, but I understood, the issue tracker is meant for bugs only?
