Login Contract Registration

RFC002 requires each "login contract" [text string] to be machine readable. Due to the nature of unquoted and unescaped strings, a dedicated implementation is required for each template. As such, the specific templates in use need to be specified, either embedded into the specification, or by reference in some form of registry. The chosen method directly affects #31.
