A fresh start - v1.0.0

We're working on a brand new version
This project has been sleeping for a few years but it's time to get things back up and running! @cale-bradbury and myself have started work on a completely new version of Hedron. We're starting from scratch, using all new tools. To give you a general idea:

• Typescript
• Following Electron's security recommendations
• Monorepo with separate packages, such as hedron-engine
• hedron-engine will be used by the main desktop app
• hedron-engine will be usable in your own web projects
• zustand for state management
• Possible plugin system

All old issues are closed
Because it's a completely fresh project, I've closed all the issues. Some are definitely still relevant, but I'd rather only see issues that people care about recently rather than from years ago. For now I'd encourage all discussion to happen here in this thread rather than spread out over many issues.
