Permissions

Default permissions (Coded in)

  1. A - Add ($add)
  2. D - Delete ($delete)
  3. M - Mute ($mute/$unmute)
  4. R - Add random ($addrandom)
  5. S - Skip ($skip)
  6. G - Management ($management)
  7. P - Poll (will be $poll)

It should also be possible to define custom permissions which could be checked.
