NodeJS framework will be used to implement the backend of the self-serve portal as well as the Ticketing system.
React framework will be used to implement the frontend of the self-serve portal as well as the Ticketing system. We will also be using React Bootstrap to create the UI features of the application, including the forms, navbars, and buttons.
A MongoDB database will be used to implement the database for our web application. MongoDB Atlas will used to host the database online in the cloud.
The web application will be developed using Visual Studio Code. We will also be using Postman to test our API.
