[Bug]: unable to access files with pound symbol in the name

Problem description

If you attempt to play a media file with a pound symbol in its name (#), it cannot access the file over, at the very least, SFTP. Renaming the files so that they didn't have a pound symbol in their name solved the problem; before that it said "Could not access file" in the UI.

Attempt to access a media file that has a pound symbol in its name.
