Change Default Text Cursor Color

Is the text cursor color controlled by the Nord theme or Hyper itself? If Nord, is it possible to change? It defaults to pink which seems very counter to the aesthetic the Nord theme is looking to achieve. I'm pretty sure it's possible to change the color of the text cursor in the hyper config file, but what about in the Nord theme itself? Not sure if there's an obstruction doing it that way versus the theme itself.
