Build prototype frontend for noql.net

Build something for noql.net homepage, preferably using tools I know (astro/ts/cloudflare-pages).
Needs more thought, but should at least have a list of the package repositories that are available, with descriptions. And should also have a page with the list of tools that are built, filterable on tags, with version numbers, links to original project pages for each.

I would like to help with the noql.net project. I think I can help you with preparing the website. I have some experience with react but I am not a professional frontend developer. I have not worked with Astro before but I am willing to learn it. If you need help, I would be happy to spend my free time on this.
