Chordpro Export

Love the software. I use Chordpro for the final export as it gives me Ukuklele chord diagrams. I use the "." conventions to put more than one chord in a measure, i.e. G.. C.. The export to Chordpro puts these "." in the square brackets with the chord, i.e. [G..]. When this happens, Chordpro returns an error and can't find the chord diagram. Is there anything that can be done to not export the '."?
