on form modification element das not update

Hi i have install all on SF4.2 all seence to work well. I have small probleme when i add new element it make update in database but when i make modification on element it das not take the modification.

in the dump of the form before flush, the element is update! but in the end in database it das not show the modification, it still the the old data.

if i delete element end add new one it work.
