Bug 3.1.2.45 Tasks Rebuild configuration file

If you manually run or schedule the Rebuild configuration file task. You will get either an HTTP 500 error or to many redirects error. Turns out that doing that add some extra characters in the config file: /var/www/html/TeamPass/includes/config/tp.config.php

I see this in the apache2 logs:
PHP Parse error: syntax error, unexpected single-quoted string ",", expecting ")" in /var/www/html/TeamPass/includes/config/tp.config.php on line 165
