This post concerns the commit b207d004

It includes a lot of code changes and especially the ability for users to download their recovery keys.
Those will be needed while regenerating the items passwords and espacially their personal ones.
The goal is to prevent any loose of personal items in case of leys regenration (when new OTP generated).

I also introduce several fixes and the possibility to run manually maintenance tasks from admin page.
