web updater add upload local nextcloud file to continue update

my server build in china, the updater download the newest nextcloud file always failure because the network problem.
But I still can download the newest nextcloud file by other way.
So I hope the updater add the upload local file feature to avoid download that always failure.
It will very helpful for Chinese user.

没有，我用得是宝塔自建的形式，创建一个站点，然后下载最新包以后，去安装升级的，目前升级了几次，这种办法没有啥问题
